Based on the MEMS silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor chip and a high-resolution 24-bit Δ∑ ADC, it is a digitalhigh-precision barometer specifically designed foconsumer and automotive applications. With a low-voltage andlow-power consumption design, it supports batter1-powered portable devices, such as handheld air pump products.This sensor has an extremelylow temperature coefficient ofoffset (TCO) and temperature coefficient ofsensitivity(TCS)The adoption of the l’C digital interface output ena!les convenient cooperation with the MCU.The product is internallyfilled with fluorinated silicone rubber, which has thefunctions of oil resistance and water resistance, and can be appliedto the measurement of compressed gas pressure
